Track Your Order

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package. Please check your spam or promotions folder if you cannot find it.

How to track your package
1. Open the shipping confirmation email from Love Preserve.
2. Click the tracking link, or copy your tracking number.
3. Paste the tracking number at 17track.net to see the latest updates from the carrier.

Delivery times
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. After shipment, delivery takes 5 to 60 business days. Products ship from China, and tracking may take a few business days to show the first update. Orders with more than one item may arrive in separate packages.
